Marital, Family and Individual Counseling
Also known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or counseling—is a joint process between therapist and client designed to promote change and improve the quality of your day-to-day life.
Counseling can help people confront issues and symptoms that interfere with your emotions, relationships and ability to function. Many people find they enjoy the process of individual therapy and may find that in time they experience decreased stress, improved relationships and improved coping skills.

The Counseling Process
From both, personal and professional experience, I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength. Sometimes what prompts a decision to enter therapy is the realization that your old coping skills are working against you and that you need to learn new ways of coping. Other times, people seek out therapy for help with a traumatic event or a relationship conflict. Regardless of the reason, it’s never too late to improve yourself, your life or your relationships
